Open access statement in the About journal section

This is an open access journal in which the copyright holder of its scholarly works grants usage rights to others using the open license of Creative Commons. All contents of the journal are freely available without charge to the user or his/her institution. Users are allowed to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of the articles, or use them for any other lawful purpose, without asking prior permission from the publisher or the author. All contents of the journal are available to the users without any delay, embargo or any need for registering.

1. Only products of original high quality research pertinent to the fields of Core Biochemistry and Laboratory medicine and allied medical disciplines in English language will be considered for publication.

2. Journal follows a clear-cut  submission policy for authors [vide Guidelines for authors] as well as a clear-cut policy for reviewers [vide Reviewer Policy]

3. All articles published open access will be immediately and permanently free for everyone to read and download. However during the period in which the article remains under review at JABLM, authors are not permitted to upload it on any other journal website or share it on any platform like ResearchGate or academia.edu.

4. Published articles may be cited in future research articles

5. All submitted articles will be initially reviewed by members of editorial board and then sent to two distinct members of reviewer board.

6. All articles must be strictly in line with institutional code of ethics and all potential areas of conflict of interest to be declared at time of submission [vide Ethics & disclosure of conflict of interest]

7. JABLM maintains a strict anti plagiarism policy and Licensing and copyright infringement policy.

8. Recommendations by reviewers will be given due consideration, however decision of editor will be final.

9. All selected articles will be available in print as well as online mode: At present all articles are available in full online without any charge.

10. For accessing print version subscription to journal is mandatory and involves payment of annual subscription fee.

11. Reprint of articles may be done on authors request in lieu of token charge.

12. JABLM reserves all rights to withdraw any article from online and print, if any infringement of journal policies come to light at any point of time.
